    the link says the file size in more than 400mb and so premium update is required…. could u please make it available…. i badly need this book :cry
    Reply: People from some countries will have to have a filesonic premium account to download stuff over 400mb. It costs like $9 for a month. Join with paypal or visa debit/credit card to get premium access for a month and cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle. Filesonic is good for downloading book, videos. movies etc..
    We have got the limit on because people just download what ever they want for free and not help us by donating or clicking on ads. Help us to help you.
