    Do we only download the book from skymonk? My download is paused and this message pops up “no access to write file. File is busy or destination folder is absent’
    Edited to reply: There is no need to download/install any application like ilivid or skymonk. All these are third party popups and ads from the file host. Please disregard all those popups.
    Many Internet Explorer users seem to have this trouble, so my advice is to use Google chrome with pop up blocker. And of course any one donating to us can forget about all these and get a premium no ads/no waiting straight forward dropbox link. Just email us the unique paypal reference no.
