    Here’s how to unblock in windows xp

    You just have to unblock it if you’re using windows xp or higher. Right click the file > properties > unblock. It should work fine from there

    as per the instructions given, downloading was made easy. But it is not in readable form, does chm document require a software to be readable???

    Please read through the comments to see you to unblock the chm in windows xp/vista. It doesnt need any additional software and its not password protected either.

    lots of people looking for the 19th edition are gonna be disappointed, but sure this will help. You need to check out ads and let us know to get the password to open downloaded file. So I guess nobody is just gonna take what they want and not help us in return..
