   @ camel = the chm is working You just have to unblock it if you’re using windows xp or higher. Right click the file > properties > unblock. It should work fine from there

   Here’s how to unblock in windows xp
   —————
   You just have to unblock it if you’re using windows xp or higher. Right click the file > properties > unblock. It should work fine from there

   as per the instructions given, downloading was made easy. But it is not in readable form, does chm document require a software to be readable???

    There’s no pdf file available. The available format is .chm file. It readily opens in windows. On a mac, it just needs an addon to open it which is available for free. Just google ‘open chm files on a mac’.

    I have a mac, and had to download some Ilivid program? but don’t know how to proceed from here. Now how do I get to the book, and to put in the password?

    Hi when you get to the download page in the file hosting service, it shoots a lot of popups, just ignore these. You do not have to install any spam program. Click download with slow speed, wait for the timer, fill in the human verification captcha and you are done. If you want to open the actual book which is a ‘chm’ file, on a mac, just google ‘open .chm file on mac’ and you can get a lot of free programs or i suggest this one – http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/13750/xchm

    Thanks for the advice, but after I click on the emailed link, it takes me to a downloading website on “letitbit” and then from there it sends me to a link to download ilivid. I don’t know how to get to the point where the actual book can be downloaded.

    Once you click the download button the letitbit website fires some popups including the one for ilivid – please ignore these as its just spam applications. You do not have to install any software or application at all. This would not happen if you have popup blocker enabled on your browser.
    The link is working just fine, may be try again later.

    I followed the instructions above given to LM, wait for the timer, put in the letters and numbers, and click regular download. It searches for a while, then says “File not found”. Can you help? Am I missing something?
    Reply: i just checked the link, its still working. Should be some temporary trouble with the file host. its working now any way.

    FYI – I’ve tried downloading the book multiple times on 3 different computers from 2 different IP addresses. Same thing everytime. It keeps saying “File Not Found”. Maybe your host has some problems? I hope not.

    Reply: Some users have trouble downloading with Internet Explorer , try using Google Chrome. I checked the link again, its still working.
    You can get a premium dropbox link which downloads instantly without any trouble if you use the donate option and reply here with the reference no. Can’t do more than that I’m afraid.

    How do I enter the password? When I open the winRar file, a comment box pops up and says I have to put in a password. But where do I put it in?
    Reply: Depending upon the software you use to extract the file, you will have to type the password into the dialog box.. its pretty straight forward usually. We recommend using 7zip (free download link on right side) or winrar to extract the files. Both have simple interface with a popup box to put in the password..
